Annual Net License Fees Including Software Updates Valid from March 1, 2006

Examples:

Three PATmonitor ® LITE licenses (3 working stations) cost 327 € (= 3 * 109 €) in the first year as well as in each further year. Three PATmonitor ® PLUS licenses cost 485 € (= 395 € + 2 * 45 €) in the first year and 210 € for all three working stations in total for each further year. The company license fee - i.e. any number of working stations is allowed - for PATmonitor ® PRO within a legal entity is 1.450 € in the first year, and 495 € for all working stations in this company for each further year.

License Fees:

All license fees are net prices, VAT may be added depending on tax laws. You pay only the fix license fee which permits unlimited searches and downloads - no additional costs per search or download! All license fees include free updates. In case of changing to a higher PATmonitor ® version within the first contract year, the already paid first license fee is offset against the new license fee. License fees and products are subject to change without notice. Products are subject to discontinuation without notice.

Term of Contract:

Begin of contract is the date of invoice. The minimum period of contract is one year. The contract will be extended automatically for another year, unless a special agreement has been made. The contract can be cancelled by giving notice to EIDOLOGIC GmbH 30 days before the agreed date of termination. This has to be done in a written form.

Payment:

Net cash within 7 days after date of invoice without any discount.
